    We're on the same page lol, I've been thinking Hill and McCarthy too, but I feel like it'd be a bit cruel to bring back Hill. Like he needs to be part of this shithole again lol. I really like McCarthy as an option though. I've had my eye on Utley for a while. Brian Dozier is sneaky good too. Unfortunately, the price on those two will be high, considering their hot starts. Dozier's got a 127 wRC+ on a .217 BABIP though lol. Daniel Murphy should be available, Drew had better f***ing be signed if nothing else works out, or maybe AA takes a shot on Assdribble and he gets lucky. There are plenty of options, it's just that AA hasn't really seemed inclined to grab one of them.

    I know, I just do it to give substance to Olerud's random decimal projections. I would hope no one actually takes that as a legitimate projection. It's just something to back up Olerud and kind of sum up how the team has performed thus far.

    Probably our top 6/7 prospects or something with Lawrie/Hutch in it. I've had the same idea too, lol.

    Give it until the all star break. Honestly, I'd kinda like most of his value to come defensively this season. We'd be able to resign him much more easily. Something like a low batting average with lots of power to give him a solid wOBA and then a repeat of last year defensively would hopefully give him a lot of value but drive his contract down.

    Hey, Farhan Zahidi or whatever the A's assistant GM made some comments regarding limiting the exposure of pitchers to a third time through the order and tandems. One of my favorite GM prospects. I don't know if that's where you got the idea of if he's just agreeing with you, but kinda cool.
