    Guys, they can't rank Castro if they don't have scouting reports on him. We couldn't even find a picture of him.

    They don't really have anything on Castro I don't think. This was a very cautious list. Bryant 4, Severino 70, Pompey and Hoffman in the 90's really stuck out at me.

    Tuco and Dylan are awesome candidates! I'd nominate Dylan cause he's very active. And of course OrgFiller is always a candidate but he doesn't know hockey. I'm sure he'd learn though. Those are 3 very deserving candidates.

    He's not even doing badly. 3.64 K/BB. He's just getting horrible ERA luck. 47% LOB%, .414 BABIP, 20.0 HR/FB%. 3.74 SIERA, he's been fine.

    Have many teams actually signed more than one defector? I know the Dodgers have signed Puig, Guerrero and Arrubenera, and the Reds have signed Chapman and Iglesias, but I dunno beyond that.
