I'm good with it. Mitigates the risk of if Hendriks isn't actually much better than he used to be in the rotation, at the cost of some control. Chavez is a nice add.
For those that will miss Hendriks, consider his story. He popped up, just like relievers tend to do. Maybe he's a good starter now too but it doesn't hurt to mitigate some of that risk.
It's a fair deal for both teams imo
