    Like, Borucki SUCKS against righties, they're hitting .350 off him. Nance was dealing and there was only one lefty coming up. Let him pick up his team after the error. I don't give a f*** that they wanted Borucki to get in a game before the NYY series, this was 100% the wrong time. How does this outing serve to increase Borucki's confidence?? Total backfire.

    Your negativity is wearing thin; the Jays are up against a pitcher with nasty stuff and have actually hit the ball better today than the Reds. Bad luck can happen. Let's see how they fare in their final 3 ABs. They have lots of come from behind wins this year.

    With how volatile our relief pitching has been, I wouldn't be surprised to see us continue to scuffle and wind up in 2nd or 3rd wildcard spot. That said, I could also easily envision a Sportsnet graphic around 3rd week of September showing our bullpen is top 5 for the month in multiple categories, hence why the Jays are in first place and holding onto one of the top 2 spots in the league. August and September could have very different feels to them.

    If we can go at least 4-2 on the homestand we will have some good momentum heading into September. Once the calendar flips I feel like this team will go on a run. Working out the kinks in the dog days.

    .500 road trip is fine, but they lost an easily winnable game in Pittsburgh that put a damper on things. Oh well, let's get some of that home cookin' going and heat up a bit before the Brewers come to town.
