After my team is out, I'll root for the underdog, or a team with hungry players who've never won before, heck even a franchise that's never tasted a championship. That's where it ends though. I'm not watching their parade and I'd be annoyed if they repeated the next year, lol.
  3. Good on Fiers, but I do think the error in the fifth inning should have been ruled a hit.

Anyone is better than Boston! Lol. I would hope Carolina can get past the B's, but St. Lou or San Jose getting their first cup would be great.

Great game, great performance by Bishop especially. Rooting for the Blues or Sharks to go all the way.
  6. Very nice wall-scaling catch by Pillar today. Almost pulled an Ozuna though, lol.
  7. Get. This. f***er. Off. The. Team!.
  8. f***ing brutal. They're probably going to challenge
  9. Vladdy looking pretty bad at the plate so far. Needs to relax...he'll find his groove eventually.
  10. Great win. Great heart. They deserved it based on collective effort, not to mention getting screwed by that horrible replay call from NY. This team is actually fun to watch, unlike the past couple years.
  11. How can they justify that call??? Clearly off the base and not even close.
  12. Here we go again with Sanchez. Seems to regularly issue walks immediately after he gets some runs scored for him.
  13. Great lists for sure but don't forget about Bill Hicks. Sure some of his material is dated now, but he was vicious and absolutely fearless on stage. Died too young from pancreatic cancer back in the early 90s. One of his last appearances before his death was a slot on Letterman that was banned, and eventually aired like 15 years later in tribute.
  14. That really sucks for him (and the team, obviously.). Was poised for a rebound season. Now with Sanchez' injury it's even worse.
  15. They're like a pair of nice, drunk uncles. Harmless and sort of endearing. After subscribing to mlb.tv for a few years and hearing some other teams' godawful announcers, you develop appreciation for the old coots.
  16. They had the run they were wanting already though Take a chance!
  17. Why bunt if you're not going to be aggressive on the basepaths afterward? That Galvis fly ball seemed deep enough.
  18. I hate that you can review because "why not?" in situations where it's obvious the call won't be overturned. I get it though. Remember Bannister a few years ago? Lol
