Jerseys are the mid-1990's style... and he's a white dude that clearly thinks he can run bases somewhat effectively since he's carrying the gloves with him after getting on base... their IFs never stole much back then, so eliminate those white guys. 

That leaves white dude OFs that aren't named Shawn Green, because he's very easily recognized.
