He’s the next Jacob Degrom, book it. Just give him this off season and next spring training and he will be ready for the starters workload.

No, the path is there, but looking unlikely. In 5 professional seasons he's pitched a grand total of 198 innings, or less than 40 innings per year, average. He could yet ramp up to a starter's workload, but the lack of innings and the fact he throws 100 MPH are huge red flags, IMO.
