I would imagine ticket sales are down again. There are still a lot of tickets available for the Home Opener lol.

 

The game I'm aiming for is Vlad's home debut. I'm sure that game will be a hot item and sold out for sure.

I'm looking more forward to seeing Vladdy's home debut than the Home Opener or Canada Day. The game is going to attract the real die hard fans + the casuals.

 

Depends when his first home game is. If they decide to have his MLB debut at home and against a good team like Boston or the Yankees, I think the dome will be pretty full.

I just hope he stays healthy all season, even if it means he has some growing pains and isn't an immediate light the world on fire player.

things have changed fast.

 

it is nice that the Jays have shed some dinosaurs from the roster for this season. I'd rather see young guys playing and have them developing a path forward instead of a team full of the Blue-Emu crew

 

it will be interesting to see how the jays invest going into next year when they have cleared all the albatross contracts

I agree... we might see 2 years of playing for the picks to get them to a better window and have a lot of great prospects to work with. I don't mind if they suck for 2 seasons if they are building a sustainable system going forward.
