Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 38 Tall boys so far... since last night, I should've slept, lol.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 38 Tall boys so far... since last night, I should've slept, lol. Damn impressive. If I drank 38 tall cans I'd probably die.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 Damn impressive. If I drank 38 tall cans I'd probably die. 46 now... 38 was a joke, I'm out.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 What's the best philosophy here. Take the BPA or a high ceiling helium kid that's a bit more signable ($3m would do it), then use that extra $1.2m to maybe seduce one or two tougher signs later in the draft?
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 Have to get beers ordered. You should aim for 100.
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 I should've taken the day off work for the draft.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 62 total, I said good day! Edit: And a s*** load of weed!
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 62 total, I said good day! Edit: And a s*** load of weed! Whoa.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 lol... no man. How many times did you have to go pee? That's a lot of liquid.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 I think you guys are mistaking the draft thread as the draught thread.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 How many times did you have to go pee? That's a lot of liquid. A lot... geeze...
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Relevant - 9 of the top 15 Fangraphs prospects are international signings. Shouldn't the international signings be the higher focus.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Relevant - 9 of the top 15 Fangraphs prospects are international signings. Shouldn't the international signings be the higher focus. lol... every team invests man?
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 lol... every team invests man? you've had too many beers to comprehend the meaning of my msg how many words, videos, reports etc on MLB draft eligible players compared to international sign candidates.... like 5x? 10x? whereas most of the current top MLB stars and prospects are all international signings
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 you've had too many beers to comprehend the meaning of my msg possibly, lol... but you're chucking money at 16 year olds.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Jim's a messiah he see's s***, and can help us.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 possibly, lol... but you're chucking money at 16 year olds. USA prep guys are at about the same level of development as those 16 yr old internationals only the college guys are anywhere close to a finished product
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 USA prep guys are at about the same level of development as those 16 yr old internationals only the college guys are anywhere close to a finished product Told ya...
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 coverage is out of balance is all i'm saying, spank
King Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 coverage is out of balance is all i'm saying, spank I think your brain is out of balance.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 I think your brain is out of balance. lol... he don't get s***.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 I think your brain is out of balance. Another guy that makes a personal insult when they see a post they don't like.
King Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Seriously, most of the international guys are in the Dominican where all the prospect writers are in the USA. The top IFAs get their coverage when they attend marquee events. For obvious reasons, the draft gets more coverage than the IFA market.
