bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 Biagini seems like such an awesome guy to just get a beer with.
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 Bad baserunning and great defense combine to keep the M's off the board.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 Great job defensively that inning. Carrera fid an amazing job keeping the ball from going to the wall and then Barney and Pearce make outstanding defensive plays to keep them scoreless. That being said...similar to the conversation last night...Carerra got to his ball amazingly but then seems to close his eyes and stab at the ball. Not sure why
KevinGregg Verified Member Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 That's awesome cuz lately Jose kinda seems like he might not be done
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2017 Posted May 13, 2017 That's awesome cuz lately Jose kinda seems like he might not be done Might have some trade value yet

Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2017 Posted May 13, 2017 What's biagini pitch/inning limit? They just said it. But apparently between 70-80 pitches.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2017 Posted May 13, 2017 What's biagini pitch/inning limit? Mid 70s for pitches, I imagine after 5 hes done.

bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2017 Posted May 13, 2017 Theyre really pushing this Goins narrative....
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2017 Posted May 13, 2017 Suprising to me that people want Ottawa to win so badly considering their owner is such a douchecano.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2017 Posted May 13, 2017 Theyre really pushing this Goins narrative.... He's just one of those guys who is irrationally liked. Toronto fans seem to love an underdog story.

bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2017 Posted May 13, 2017 there was some serious meatballs in that at bat
TheHurl Site Manager Posted May 13, 2017 Posted May 13, 2017 Well no, that statement is objectively wrong. Barney is a superior defender and hitter to Goins. Travis is going through a rough patch right now but has at least showed an ability to be an above average major league 2B. Goins is the definition of a replacement level player. Got to figure that in the same way the constant injuries are likely affecting his hitting, his D is probably going drop at a fast rate too. It's quite possible Travis' days as an above average defender are done.
