Click on "Minors Eligible" in the draft room, then the ADP column in the list, and available top prospects will show up. Let BTS or I know who you want instead of Dozier.

 

Any player with MLB experience, like Dozier, can be picked up for free from the free agent pool. Prospects can only be added through the draft.

 

Also after your 1st pick, your roster is full. To select a 2nd prospect, you will either need to drop one of your existing prospects, or move red-flagged Brandon Marsh to the IL and elevate a prospect to the 26 man roster to create an opening on your farm.

From your team roster page. Click on the CF circle to the left of his name, and then you'll have the option of moving him to the IR.
