Yeah, I tried to evaluate each position and the best player that could help me out eventually. And it really seems like a lot of the value is in the prospects right now. Of course that's thinning out too, so it's back to MLB players. Lol.

Pretty obvious. If you draft a s***** player, it’s a wasted pick. Picks don’t have much value nowadays really. For RPs, trade kickers, etc

Yeah, with 20 teams and so many players per team, I just wasn't sure what the quality will be like for the draft coming up versus the players available in the dispersal draft.

Picks/drafted players take a while to bear fruit.

 

1st round picks are very valuable in a dynasty league, the value of later picks depend on number of teams. Later picks have more value in a 30 teamer than a 12 teamer.

 

A top 5 pick in this league is worth something like a Framber Valdez.
