Good at what though...

Brandon Kintzler - Good at getting groundballs

Fernando Rodney - Good at wearing his hat sideways

Jeanmar Gómez - Good at being himself

Steve Cishek - Good at giving up bombs

Are any of those guys actually even closers?

Everyone but Cishek has an outside shot, but none of those guys are keepers.

Who's the lucky new owner of two new bags of s***?

Deal with me and Frenchsoup

FS gets: Ellsbury + Kintzler + 6th round MiLB + 5th round Waiver

TCA gets: 2nd round MiLB + 2nd round Waiver

Confirmed, worst player in the league right here.

Does this trade mean you're cutting ties with Kevin Pillar!?

Well I made some room for him with the Benintendi/Piscotty trade. So highly doubtful. If he gets hurt or nicked hard in spring training, sure i'll cut him.

Now that the market for CF is heating up, ENDER INCIARTE is available.

You forgot to mention he had a OBP of .400 over the 2nd half of the season.

Slashed 341/396/440 in the second half. Definitely better than Ellsbury. I should be asking for a 1st round pick given the Ellsbury return, but I'd let him go cheaper than that!

Looking for the following:

EH masher - lots of HR with good OBP (any age)

Closer - under 28 with good ratios

Can offer:

Domingo Santana

Marcus Semien

Hunter Strickland

Spencer Adams

Grant Holmes

Orlando Arcia

I'll up that and put Keon Broxton on the trade block.

Semien hit 27 home runs last year? a) where did THAT come from? B) I've gotta start paying closer attention.

Was it up to 22 or 23 that we were allowed to bring through the cut, if we protect less in the minors?

I forgot about this rule...

KEEPER RULES

On March 1st prior to the rule 5 Draft (March 7) – teams must trim their MLB rosters down. Teams can roster a maximum of 32 total players through the cut down with a maximum of 22 MLB and 14 MiLB being allowed. For example, teams can decide to keep 22 of their MLB players but would only be allowed to carry 10 MiLB. If teams choose this setup their redundant waiver picks will dissolve. If teams acquire more than 12 prospects via trade or draft then they can cut down to a minimum 18 MLB players and carry a maximum of 14 prospects through the cut down period but will be required to cut down to a maximum of 12 prospects before the July MiLB draft.

Trades between the cut date and the Rule 5 Draft need to have equal numbers of MLB players + waiver picks on both sides, to ensure each team exits the Rule 5 Draft with 25 players.

After the season has concluded and prior to the Cut Date, roster size (both MLB and MiLB) is unlimited. Owners may acquire as many MLB & MiLB players via trade as they wish, so long as their rosters are cut down to the maximum allowable size by mid-February. No free agents may be picked up via the Yahoo database after the conclusion of the playoffs until the conclusion of the

Rule 5 Draft.
