Mike Wright is starting on Saturday instead of Miguel Gonzalez..

Chris Tillman is starting on Sunday instead of Wei-Yin Chen..

Mike Wright is a guy who plunked Bautista on June 19th at the Rogers Centre.. and he allowed 4 runs in 1.1 innings (27.00 ERA)

Tillman's record against the Jays this year

0-3 15.00 ERA in 4 games

Must win. And please Archer, toss a gem on Sunday. Slow down those Yanks.

Nah, not must win games, though we probably will win, but keep telling yourself that every game :)

They all suck. who cares

Wei Yin Chen does not suck. He's also probably best off not pitching against a team that mashes lefties.

No, BTS, Wei Yin Chen's sucks even though you traded Choo for him. You're just dumn.

Why do you think he sucks?

He pitches for Baltimore AND on your DDL team. He actually has to. There's also the 4.21 projected FIP.

That still makes him like a slightly above average starter in Baltimore and he seems to play good defense. Valid 3rd starter on a good team.

I'm pretty sure by FIP- it still makes him a slightly below average starter, actually.

Can I ask what is the average FIP?

Don't be a pedant. He's pretty much your prototypical 2-2.5 win league average SP3.

I learned from the best. I'm just saying you might be overestimating him by like 5% or something, which isn't nothing.

Like, he doesn't actually suck, but he isn't especially good.
