Problem/annoyance with this series is they could easily be leading it 3-0 right now, bad defence and honestly luck (BABIP silliness) has cost them dearly.

 

Hopefully a trip to KC will help.. yes they're a 1st place team, but their rotation is garbage. Only their D and the bullpen is helping.. this Royals team has only been able to dominate Tampa. They have poor records vs. the Yankees and Red Sox... and they'll likely have trouble with the Jays.

80 game sample it is a below .500 club. 11 game streaks are not common. They won't all of a sudden be a .580 team.

The never ending banter from Tabby about poor pitchers not getting runs to support "their wins" is annoying.

 

Shows just how useless a W-L record is in evaluating a pitchers actual performance.

 

Of course there are pitchers (like Hutch etc) whose W-L is better then it probably should be in relation to their numbers.
