Kawasaki is hitting second for some reason I think. Remember, having fun is the most important thing.

BTS Community Moderator Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 Lol that seemed like a parody it was so derp. Buck HATES the shift. It's hilarious that this guy was the team's manager.
SAAviour Verified Member Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 f*** me...the teams still playing???
olskool Verified Member Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 I'm getting sick of Buck's continued screw ups (wrong player and team names), to name but a few, but if you listen to him when he's working for a US based outlet, he doesn't make near as many miscues. Just terrible.
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 Hutch has pitched amazing.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 Hutch apparently just picked up his 9th save, per Buck.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 Lol the scorer letting Jeter off the hook My phone tries to auto correct Jeter to heterosexual, it.must know about the alpha gift baskets God damnit Edwin was jogging
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 valencia had an atrocious ab, pillar hit the ball decently but it was right at da capn
GD Old-Timey Member Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 Sanchez's entry music is god awful but at least his stride seems a wee bit longer
nextyear Verified Member Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 Sad, repeatedly the Jays get a man on 3rd with none out and can't score. I think the Jays would have an extra 10 wins this year if they could just play fundamental baseball.
comeon sense Verified Member Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 Sorry folks, had to post this. I was so looking forward to this guy back in our lineup, making our defense legit. Why ...sigh.. http://sports.nationalpost.com/2014/08/07/toronto-blue-jays-brett-lawrie-on-dl-with-third-oblique-strain-in-two-years/ http://www.livestrong.com/article/288122-side-effects-of-red-bull-energy-drink/ Personally i think he needs to stop drinking this stuff altogether, not only for the team, but more for himself.
nextyear Verified Member Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 Lawrie seems to be so tightly wound both physically and mentally that it leads to strains. If he can find a way to reduce some of that tension then maybe his injury-proneness will go away. (maybe Yoga would help)

That's pretty thin.

Valencia who has horrible numbers against RHP, then Pillar who just has horrible numbers all around, and then Reyes with 2 out.
comeon sense Verified Member Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 That's pretty thin. And getting thicker -IMO. Wonder if there are any RedBull drinkers on this board? Would be cool to hear from them.

I know plenty including one specific drinker who drinks much more than Lawrie and the only problem besides the lack of nutrition is probably the lack of sleep but it really has nothing to do with injuries
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 Let's Go Bluejays! I'll be happy if we just finish above them in the standings
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 I hope we give him a used tampon.

Harry and Lloyd at their best. Some days it's surprising that those 2 can live without a machine. They have been brain dead for years.
