Last night when it was 8-0 my girlfriend made me turn it off and watch a Meryl Streep movie (I would rather put hot bamboo under my fingernails). I PVRed the rest of it.

 

After the flick was over I went through the game with giddy delight in a state of stunned shock savouring it like nectar.

 

Great gut check win men! That's the kind of game that can help define a season.

It is shocking to conceive of when you look at Pujols and Hamilton and Prince deals etc. Agree 100%. Reyes and Mark B offset it but it was a calculated risk he took on them that may still pay off.
