Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 It was Thole or a pitcher. Gibbons used Diaz to pinch-hit for some reason. Would have been nice to have him in the 9th. Would have been nice if diaz actually made contact with a runner on 3rd less than 2 outs...but nope, our bench blows
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Frigging pitching.. can't anyone keep runs off the board?? 11-13.. they'd better fix it up for tomorrow, as I'm in attendance at the game tomorrow.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 No homerun....no rbi...what terrible offensive philosphy....13 hits and only 6 runs my god, is this f***ing dumb. As dumb as cow s***, do you know how dumb you are? Serious question
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Author Posted April 26, 2014 I hardly ever say this, but this loss is partially right on Gibbons. Bad call to bring in Jenkins, bad call to PH for Goins just to try and bunt, bad call not to pinch run Thole for Navarro. Why not bring in Esmil to run??
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Good effort by the offense in the 8th and 9th at least. They didn't give up. Pitching just dug too deep of a hole
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Only six runs? You're about as useless as two tits on a bull. Its called productive hits....we have none almost every game. We have basically 3 players with all of our RBIs....thats terrible.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 my god, is this f***ing dumb. As dumb as cow s***, do you know how dumb you are? Serious question Sounds like all you eat is cow s***....I think its going to your brain
Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Typical Jays... Do just enough to lose the game How many times have we seen a one run loss with runners on in the 9th over the years? Same s***, different year. Nothing to see here folks.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Author Posted April 26, 2014 Is he faster? I'm not sure. Yup yup! Came in as a pinch runner last year a few times IIRC, he was pretty slick
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Gibbons will be fired, as much as I don't like it he will be gone if this team is under .500 by the end of May
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Author Posted April 26, 2014 Santos, he was still in the game anyhow. Former SS, better athlete. He couldn't be used as a PR though right? He's already in the game
Rotator Verified Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 But wouldn't that mean you lose your dh?
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Gibbons will be fired, as much as I don't like it he will be gone if this team is under .500 by the end of May Probably wont take that long.

The_DH Verified Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Sometimes you lose but it was a great game anyways. This one was not enjoyable. 8 walks? I'm really tired of Morrow's s***. Sure there was some bad calls but that tends to happen when you're off.
JohnnyLonghorn Verified Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Anybody miss Rajai Davis right about now?
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Author Posted April 26, 2014 Anybody miss Rajai Davis right about now? I've been missing Rajai. I though when we lost him we were gearing to get a Gentry, but nope. At least have Gose on the bench, f***.

ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Always a hit away from tying a game it seems it happened against the Yankees, Indians, Orioles and today. Morrow was bad today, but Gibbons didn't help matters. Also, was it just me or was Diaz not gonna swing in that situation after the GIDP against the O's mid-week? Pay attention AA, those are your failures staring you in the face, whether it's the 2B or a better bench. Boy do I miss Izturis, lol.
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 The team also keeps missing meatballs, especially Lawrie and Rasmus. Lawrie in the 8th fouled off 2 fastballs right in the middle. Rasmus in the 9th tried to bunt on a hittable pitch. EE hit that high fastball hard, but that's not a pitch you can really drive.
The_DH Verified Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Walker: Dead Man Walking. He may not finish the month.
Errorcebia Verified Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 When does this Morrow experiment end? He has been around forever, still hasn't got it together, and has never been good for his whole time with the Jays. I would challenge anyone to look up the stats and prove otherwise. I didn't know one almost no-hitter was enough to keep your spot on a team for a half decade.

Forgot Cabrera in the 8th also got ahead in the count 2-0 swung and missed on a low inner-half fastball and popped up a fastball right in the middle.
fapaholic Verified Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Wow, didn't watch the game and just looked at the boxscore. I see Morrow was his usual stellar self, and the new call up gets greeted with a slam. What a joke this org has become.........
Doc Verified Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Win you lose we've been losing a a bit lately just gotta hope we face some struggling teams soon.
Caper Verified Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Win you lose we've been losing a a bit lately just gotta hope we face some struggling teams soon. The struggling teams are hoping the same thing.

jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 So what happened to the free hookers and blow? False Advertising.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 LOL The pitching on this team hahahaha WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT?
JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Most stupid play of the game: Rasmus trying to bunt. WTF is wrong with our team... bunch of cement heads.
