Morrow went back to the fastball. He's been throwing way too many offspeed pitches early in games and I think I read in ST that Walker wanted his pitchers to do this. Morrow won't regain command of his fastball unless he throws it.

 

I think the stats show that Morrow's fastball usage has declined over the last 2 years under Walker.

There is a difference between sacrificing runners to 2nd and 3rd late in the game when we need an add on run to sacrificing a runner to 2nd base in the 5th inning
