Yikes. I've been trying to add more weight to my squats, but I always end up with knee soreness the day after. Im scared to add more weight, so I haven't progressed in my squats at all. You're story makes me afraid

 

I haven't squatted since (with a bar). I used this assisted squat machine at the gym and it works just fine (not the Smith machine). Not trying to be a hero.

jays were moved to the AL east to stop the jays from ever winning world series again. I miss the Tigers series of old. Milwaukee too. things were so different before. now it's 19 games every year against the sox and yanks.
