z3r0s Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 So removing shutouts seems like it's a given now for 16-17, the other options are - Add points? or - Add faceoff wins? or - Split Powerplay Points into Powerplay Goals / Powerplay Assists or, none of them at all. Thoughts? Wait, a vote of 10-7 means that removing SO's is a given? That seems like a pretty close split to me
The Cats Ass Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2015 Author Posted October 1, 2015 Wait, a vote of 10-7 means that removing SO's is a given? That seems like a pretty close split to me It isn't a given. I'll create another poll to have it removed for the 16/17 season. Something needs 2/3 league votes to pass, so 14 votes. I think that poll was to have it removed right away.
The Cats Ass Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2015 Author Posted October 1, 2015 http://bluejayshockey.proboards.com/thread/64/remove-shutouts-2016-next-season Everyone go there to vote on if we should remove Shutouts for next season.
King Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 I voted for removal of shutouts and not add a category.
Frag Verified Member Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 I voted for removal of shutouts and not add a category. That latter poll is odd. "Add nothing" is one of the categories, but what happens when none of the categories get a 2/3 vote?
The Cats Ass Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2015 Author Posted October 2, 2015 That latter poll is odd. "Add nothing" is one of the categories, but what happens when none of the categories get a 2/3 vote? Nothing happens. So it'll automatically go to the "Add Nothing" category.

King Old-Timey Member Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 Still waiting for some managers to vote on the polls http://bluejayshockey.proboards.com/thread/63/added-category-2016-17 http://bluejayshockey.proboards.com/thread/64/remove-shutouts-2016-next-season http://i.imgur.com/qs2hmTH.png
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 Anyone looking for a goalie Mike Condon is available.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 Anyone looking for a goalie Mike Condon is available. He's an illegal add bro.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 Anyone looking for a goalie Mike Condon is available. He's an illegal add bro. Hmmm... or maybe he isn't, this ruling is rather vague... "Unowned prospects that have not played in the NHL cannot be added to NHL rosters on Yahoo. If such players are called up in real life, then they can be added in Yahoo as soon as a news source confirms that they have been called up by their parent club." I don't see anything about going through a waiver period, TCA what's the verdict on these situations, first come first serve, or a waiver process?

As soon as the club announces they've made the roster or have been called up they are fair game.

King Old-Timey Member Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 z3r0s with the double illegal add. Panarin and Plotnikov are owned prospects.
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 z3r0s with the double illegal add. Panarin and Plotnikov are owned prospects. Sharks announced Joonas Donskoi made the roster, just FYI so my add isn't illegal.

z3r0s Old-Timey Member Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 z3r0s with the double illegal add. Panarin and Plotnikov are owned prospects. hmmm, I figured they weren't eligible for the prospect draft per this; (http://bluejayshockey.proboards.com/thread/8/prospect-draft) where they were explicitly named, so I didn't check. Was there discussion on this that I missed/am forgetting?

jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 Ah when copy and pasted "Matthew O'Connor" no match showed up in the spreadsheet. Reversed the transaction. It was too good to be true lol.

King Old-Timey Member Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 Looks like players previously listed as "NA" are now listed as "out or suspended", and don't fit under the NA slots. Hopefully Yahoo fixes this..
