fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 13, 2014 Author Posted April 13, 2014 I'll aware you on WEBMs....this is one: http://a.pomf.se/jtpypr.webm See? they come with sound, can reach 60 Framer per second, and the quality is HD. Learn about it. It's the next big thing. Gifs are a thing of the past. Oh I know this! I know of mediacru.sh as well (https://mediacru.sh/WLcyvc9mqeGg) But the problem is I can't embed them in the forum
Flamingweazel Verified Member Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 That was a good game. How? It was terrible.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 As annoyed as I am by the lack of offense lately... I'm more optimistic that it will bounce back than I would be if it was the pitching that was sucking. Izturis was never going to keep up. his run is over. now he is what he is. Goins is worse than anyone could have imagined but most of the offense is pretty much as bad. Sierra and Kratz might as well not even get dressed. they get 1 AB to strike out every 4-5 games. dumb ass decision to have those 2 guys taking up 25 man spots. just f***ing cut your losses and move on. at least Gose could pinch run. Kawasaki can drive up pitch counts and doesn't have to bounce the ball from second turning DP. have you noticed there is less talk about the Kevin S effect lately from buck and pat??? time to throw him under the bus yet? lol
The_DH Verified Member Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 One earned run in over 20 innings. Well done. It just seems like too many players don't have a plan at the plate.
Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 f*** sakes, we get it, you hate this team. If you're going to say s*** like this then don't watch the games, simple as that. The typical "This team can't do anything wrong" ball gargler. Whatever man. I've been watching them for 24 years. I don't need lectures from you.
Flamingweazel Verified Member Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 Team has no idea or plan at the plate.

I don't need lectures from you. I never said that, the offense f***ing sucks right now, I'm not giving anyone a pass. But you're watching baseball, if at any point you're going to say "waste of my time" just because a game didn't end like you wanted it to then clearly you're watching the wrong sport or the wrong team.
JohnnyLonghorn Verified Member Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 Redmond was getting hit hard in the 11th and the start of the 12th. Maybe Gibby shouldn't have pulled McGowen after 90 last night who knows? Could have used another fresh arm tonight for sure. In any event its hard to blame the pitching (which has been stellar) when you muster all of one run through 12 innings.

Worth noting that the one earned run probably wasn't deserved since most umpires would have rung Colby up before he sees that pitch and game over.

Frustrated die-hard. Can you f***ing blame me or anyone at this point? At this rate, I'm starting to feel like a Cubs fan with the clowns leading this franchise. No hope in sight.

But saying things like "ballgame" in the 4th inning or "f*** this team" over and over or "waste of my time" after an entertaining (and yet frustrating yes) game, which you do constantly gets annoying after a while.
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 between sierra/goins/thole/lawrie/EE our offense feels like it has 5 arencibias. melky, jose, lind and navarro have been carrying this f***in mess
Eragon Verified Member Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 Colby Rasmus is a prime example of our offensive struggles. 2 HR - 2 RBI

That's on him. we can only plow through guys like mottola and seitzer for so long...... seitzer wasn't the one who sat on his ass all winter eating gyros and not making moves for a proper second baseman. ffs infante went for 4/30...
The_DH Verified Member Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 The hillbilly and his dumb f***s need to go. And take the gyro king with them.
Llakas Verified Member Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 Of coz he will own us we make every pitcher look like an ace. CC is now garbage we made him look decent .
flafson Verified Member Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 I noticed yesterday that Navaro wasn't doing a good job at framing the the pitches at the bottom of the strike zone. He has a tendency to drop his arm when he receives the ball so pitches at the bottom were called balls for Hutch while they were called strikes for Norris.
