admin Site Manager Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Another terrible outing for Dickey against a garbage team no less. I don't care if it was only 2 mistakes like Buck kept repeating. They were 2 HUGE mistakes. It's depressing. No matter how well he's pitching, in the back of your mind you wait for him to float a couple in there and blow the game. He could be throwinga one hitter into the 6th, and all the sudden a walk or a hit, a then floats one in and the worst player in the league can put it over the fence.
admin Site Manager Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Ya the walks are the real issue. Home run is just luck for now. I don't think it's luck. I think some pitches don't move and players take advantage of it.
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Yes. April 10 shall always be annual board takeover day. Sounds fun! Next year we need a 48 hrs min. advance warning so Everyone one can get aboard the " Hoe Train"

BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Pitchers dropping like all around us and still no Happ or Janssen trade ! Alex wake the f*** up winter is over no need to hoard them all just nutz!
Flamingweazel Verified Member Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Man dickey is infuriating to watch, dominates for 4-5 innings then walks a guy or two, then HR, rinse repeat. what looked like a dominant start turns into 5 runs against.
Flamingweazel Verified Member Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Plain and Simple he should not have been out there in the 7th. He had lost control and we have a bullpen that could have ate 3 innings easily with Cecil Redmond Santos (if needed). Yep I was saying as i was watching, dickey should have been out after 6, we might have won the game the writing was on the wall, Gibby made a big mistake there.
