NorthOf49 Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Well Trout's #2. Is that all luck or no because of MUH MIKE TROUT? It's mostly luck, yes. All of the current WAR leaders can thank luck for their success.
GeorgiaPeach Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 You think it's funny that we ditched the #1 WAR in the league go? I sure don't. I take this stuff seriously. Let's all figure this out. I can't imagine how awful the teams felt after giving up on Phil Humber.
JSFIP Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 Well at least the Jays traded him. The Royals gave him away for free. Good point. Makes it a little easier to swallow, but still...
JSFIP Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 EE has been terrible this week. Thus, we should have cut him.....AA is an idiot for extending him. I'm expecting improvement, much like Bonifacio. Not sure what you're trying to say
GeorgiaPeach Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Does that change the fact that he's the league leader? Nope, just like it doesn't change the fact the Leafs use to be in a playoff spot.
JSFIP Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 If they offered Bonifacio back to us for a bag of horse s***... I don't think I would take it. You're just ignoring WAR.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Well Trout's #2. Is that all luck or no because of MUH MIKE TROUT? Are you this dense? what do you think his war will actually end? If you say over over 4 I'll leave forever under 4 you'll leave forever
JSFIP Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 It's mostly luck, yes. All of the current WAR leaders can thank luck for their success. Ok so Trout is as good as Bonifacio. Thanks for the help
JSFIP Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 You have WAR in your sig, GD. I thought you were better than this
JSFIP Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 Nope, just like it doesn't change the fact the Leafs use to be in a playoff spot. Not sure what you're trying to say here
JSFIP Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 Are you this dense? what do you think his war will actually end? If you say over over 4 I'll leave forever under 4 you'll leave forever Nah I don't do bets. I live life. We traded away the league leader in WAR. You're fine with that. This concerns me
GD Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 This is actually a solid troll thread. Not bad, JSFIP.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 lol wtf is this. It's Saturday night entertainment! Thanks JSFIP!!
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 This is actually a solid troll thread. Not bad, JSFIP. Yeah he's elicited too much response from me... I feel shame.
JSFIP Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 This is actually a solid troll thread. Not bad, JSFIP. You still haven't responded or made any points of your own. Just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean they're trolling
bzapple Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Okay, I think we've had enough of JSFIP now. Time to DFA this board's version of Jeremy Jeffress.
JSFIP Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 Yeah he's elicited too much response from me... I feel shame. Stop looking down on me for disagreeing. It's pretty impolite and disrespectful
JSFIP Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 Okay, I think we've had enough of JSFIP now. Time to DFA this board's version of Jeremy Jeffress. You posted nothing that could possibly be construed as discussion. Get out, Jeffress, and good riddance
JSFIP Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 This is great. Wanna contribute? Id love to hear why you're happy the #1 WAR player isn't on the Jays
bzapple Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 You posted nothing that could possibly be construed as discussion. Get out, Jeffress, and good riddance I've been wondering, are you Akman from the old board?
JSFIP Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 I've been wondering, are you Akman from the old board? No. Not sure who that is. I've been wondering, are you satisfied with a former Jay being #1 in WAR? I'm not. Everyone else seems to be. Why?
IBTrini Verified Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Currently Emilio Bonifacio is in first in the entire league in WAR. We used to have him. Ahead of Mike Trout. Why did we let this guy go? His WAR is something that would be of huge value for our squad. I for one am disappointed in the management for being so shortsighted in taking Bonifacio off the roster. His WAR speaks for itself. So, anyone have any theories as to why Bonifacio was let go? http://replygif.net/i/1126.gif
GD Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Wanna contribute? Id love to hear why you're happy the #1 WAR player isn't on the Jays Because Ryan Goins can stick. Duh.
JSFIP Verified Member Posted April 6, 2014 Author Posted April 6, 2014 http://replygif.net/1126 Not really a theory BAN.
JSFIP Verified Member Posted April 6, 2014 Author Posted April 6, 2014 Because Ryan Goins can stick. Duh. While I agree, this is clearly not serious. Come on GD, you're better than this
GD Old-Timey Member Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 While I agree, this is clearly not serious. Come on GD, you're better than this I'm not sure what you're trying to say here. Are you implying Ryan Goins and Jon Diaz won't be our middle infield tandem for years to come, allowing for us to deal Bonifacio? Please, contribute to the discussion.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 No. Not sure who that is. I've been wondering, are you satisfied with a former Jay being #1 in WAR? I'm not. Everyone else seems to be. Why? http://replygif.net/i/1099.gif
