After this season, the Jays will not have made the playoffs in 21 years. So i'm not sure what you're talking about. The problem with the Jays is they're too stuck in the past (92/93) and don't realize it's the present that counts. Beeston, for example, needs to gtfo.

I just don't see it. He still has another $8.0M and 4 years left on his contract. I honestly don't see Torts or MG getting fired. I think they'll get one more chance and MG will make some drastic changes this summer. If anyone is fired I'd probably say MG is more likely.

 

I don't know if there's any dressing room issues but I don't mind Torts myself. I know the Calgary incident was way over the top but he's been pretty level headed all year. We just need another elite forward. Look at the forwards on ANA, SJS, LA and CHI. We can't compete with that.
