What decent team will finish last in their division this year and why?

I think Cubs and Astros will still stink this year and finish dead last, but in another year or two could be competitive

Right now with no platoon with lind no 2nd basemen and a bunch of injury prone players have to go with the jays over the orioles.

Unfortunately that's my vote too. Most other divisions have at least one absolutely terrible team but ours doesn't.
