Tough group, but not the worst...I will predict that Canada wins every single game and beats France in the finals 12-0.

This will be easy.

12-0? Should be at least 500-0. I don't know why you're being so negative.

Are there betting odds on whether Canada will score a goal? I think they have a chance against Morocco.

Not to win, but to score.

TIL... soccer is the most participated sport in Canada. I mean, in cost that makes obvious sense. If hockey's equipment cost and registration wasn't so high, that number would get kiboshed. ;)

Surprised it isn't basketball tbh. Though maybe the fact they they play indoors is a factor. When I was a kid, my parents paid about 100 bucks + shin guards + cleats (let's say 150 total) for around 14 games of fully officiated games + playoffs + uniforms. Hard to beat.

Meister of the Match: Alphonso Davies

The Roadrunner is back! Davies capped his second start since his injury with an absolutely brilliant performance. He constantly terrorized Bielefeld’s defense with his galloping runs, and also didn’t do a half bad job in his own defensive area either. He latched onto Kimmich’s long ball to create Bielefeld’s own goal, and he was just busy and diligent throughout the whole 90 minutes. Davies had a stellar season up until his bout with myocarditis, and it’s good to see that he’s picking up from where he left off. The only gripe I have with his performance today was his skyward pass? shot? in the final seconds of the game, but hey, no one’s perfect. All in all, Davies was Bayern’s best player today, and it’s so good to see him back doing what he does best.

Holy, didn't know that, glad he's fine.

Yeah he's been out since December but he's back now and was just dominant today. Hit a banger with his weak foot that was inches from the top corner.

I was at Wembley watching my team return to the English Premier League after a gap of 23 days. This day will stay with me forever. Disappointing match, but the atmosphere and celebrations were awesome!

So you are a Forest fan? If so, good job on the promotion. I'm a Brentford supporter myself; interesting to see what moves we make this Summer. Key one obviously being if we can keep Eriksen or not. :)

Long suffering Forest fan, yes :D 22 Years a season ticket holder! So it's my first chance to see them in the premier league with a season ticket. Only went to a few games before that.

Good to see you lot stay up! It gives us hope. Decent mananger you have there.

Going to need your expert opinion on Richie Laryea

He looks useful but hasn't really had a look in as we had Djed Spence on loan all season. I have a feeling we bought him to replace spence if we stayed down.

He's made cameo appearances off the bench and looked useful but honestly haven't seen enough of him to judge. I imagine he will be there as backup again next season in the Premier league.

Arlo White left MLS to join the LIV Golf series broadcast team.

Did you hear what Phil The Thrill took in, 200M to play in that tour, dude's 50, laughing to the bank, I'm not even sure that Series can survive.

Canada vs Uruguay 12pm today. I know Spanky will be watching.

Uruguay is absolutely loaded with top talent so this will be a good test to see how Canada stacks up against the big boys of the world.
