Trying to stay positive - Euros being delayed a year means that Harry Kane will be back from injury and Phil Foden will almost certainly play enough games for Man City to get picked. I reckon England are now the favourites - all our best players are under 30 and the semis and final are at home!

Our biggest weaknesses are cb and midfielder, Foden makes a massive difference (him Henderson and Oxlade Chamberlain is a very good 3), and we have an extra year to find a cb to go with Maguire.

That was an excellent strike, but that van Persie header was just unbelievable levels of skill. First, perfect ball in. Second, van Persie, running full speed has to find the ball, time his dive, look to see where the keeper is, calculate how to hit the ball to chip the keeper and put it on goal all while moving mid air and put a perfect touch on the ball.

 

And that's from someone who could never stand van Persie and his diving antics while he played for Arsenal.

Wouldn't they do what the Germans did and test everyone before and have strict hygiene rules and ongoing testing?

 

Footballers are thick as s*** though, a few have already been caught out visiting hookers, crashing cars etc. All it takes is one to ignore guidelines, catch it and show no symptoms to then spread to others in a contact sport.

Yeah, it's bloody weird with no crowd! It's just not the same, I hope they don't try to finish the Champions League unless they let fans in.

Even though I haven't played one of these since the glory days of Championship Manager in the early 2000's, this news still annoys me.

 

So many awesome players that were must buys, and never became good in real life - Kennedy Bakircioglu, Mads Jorgensen (who I once saw live in a Denmark u21 game vs England!), Tonton Zola Moukoko, the list goes on!

For anyone who is bored as f*** and is spending their days twiddling their cocks the game is on Sportsnet and feature two of the best teams in Germany and Bayen Munich just might be the best team in the world. The Canadian superstar who is widely considered to be the best player at his position in the world plays a key role for the record champions. He is electric and arguably the fastest player in Europe and he is oh so fun to watch and just barely 19 years old.

 

This game gunna be good.

Davies is so physically dominant even compared to the very best players. Vancouver should have got more than 15M even though that figure seemed huge at the time.

 

Not his best half but i did like how he just went through 4 Dortmund defenders like it was nothing lol
