Dickey needs a park like san Fransisco with a strong wind blowing in. Other parks he knows his fly balls will be gone. There were lots of fly balls in SF that only went to the warning track hence he looked like Cy in that game. That's the difference.

 

Pretty sure the wind was actually blowing OUT in SF, and that's why the knuckler had so much extra movement on it (throwing into the wind)
