I'm starting to think last years Morrow was a fluke. He's shown absolutely zero ability to command his fastball. Throwing letter high meatballs to Markakis, Jones and Davis, what a joke. I'd rather him pump it back up to 97 0r 98 if he's going to lack command anyhow. He seems to have no ability whatsover to command that fastball to either corner. Even when Jp was tapping the ground to ask for the BB down, he hung it both times and even left one up and in.

 

If the guy we saw last year doesn't return, I don't think this team stands any chance of coming back in this division. If they do, the playoffs with no depth in SP will be an early exit. He's another guy who needs to throw some side sessions, with focus on spotting that fastball where he intends to. Without that, he's not even a poor mans A.J Burnett. I hope Gibbons slaps him around or at least tries to. He gets mad at himself after hanging 30 f***in' meatballs tonight? Lucky he only gave up 6.
