I agree with your strategy in a 20 player keeper. Its most important to have a better lineup and rotation and then use waiver draft and waivers for bullpen. Once you have elite lineups and rotation, then you can get elite bullpen arms.

I am a Synder TJS away from the #1 overall pick, so I'll say no on my part. If Synder stays healthy long enough for Otani to arrive and a few other pieces fall into place and other teams in my division have deaths...I am 20% sure I'll make one in the next 5 years.
