Oh I got em. I'll forward the thread to you, if you want.

I don't want to read it. I'm quite certain I could have done very well had I not been such a greedy POS.

I don't think we were ever as close as you remember us to be. Greed definitely did kill the conversation though, as it pretty much shutdown after this offer you sent:

"Holliday, Donaldson, Grandal

for

Lynn, Syndergaard"

I'm pretty sure Lynn/Donaldson would have been a done deal at that point.

It's possible, there's no written evidence to suggest that I wasn't into that, and I can't really remember. I was playing with house money in Donaldson at that point, and it wasn't completely obvious if he was gonna sustain the success he was having.

Yeah, it was like late May, right?

You can basically trace huge portions of the success of two teams, and the mediocrity of two others, back to those ill-fated transactions.

lol...what were the selections involved? I can't look it up at the moment.

June 14th/15th. Apparently I was at a cottage, and talks stalled for the first night cause it appears I had gotten too drunk. My spelling and grammar was still of sound quality though. Interesting.

Very unwise decisions by Spanky.

I felt as though going deeper than the second round was semi-pointless and too much work.

That's fine thanks, I just came to my PC to look it up, thanks.

NJH, what waiver spot did you grab Buckles with? I went for him, but I figured I wouldn't nab him at 17 or wherever I was.

Would have been #12, I think.

11 hits (10 singles and 1 double) off of Buttholez in 4+ innings.

That's an OBPA of .478

For someone that got a free star, you do a lot of barking dear Min.

Kluber and the Coredick have consoled me well in that dept at least.

You know you're one of my favourites!

Seems like Buccholz barely throws his low/mid 90s 4 seamer anymore, preferring to approach baseball is a pure junk baller:

His first start he had a 2-seamer that was actually very effective, which I don't think he used to throw. Haven't really seen much of it since.

Haven't really been anything in BBDL that close to Donaldson for picks. Worst two IMO that I can find are both Boxy. Carrasco for Gennett and McCarthy for Hoover.

lol Boxy traded McCarthy for Didi in this league. Back in 2013

You're right, PitchFX has him using a 2-seamer over 50% of the time before today.

Guy seems like a headcase.

Holy s***, didn't think he was using it quite that much.
