Jets fan and veteran Kroppy passed away today. This was probably his most well known moment, he was sick in the hospital for most of the 2nd half of last season but made it out to one game near the end, where the entire crowd gave him a standing ovation.

 

 

Every game since the Thrashers moved to Winnipeg, he would be shown saluting during the anthem and everyone would cheer. Last season when he was gone they had short videos of him saying "Go Jets Go!" to pump up the crowd throughout the games.

 

Really sad. RIP Kroppy!
