    The brewers swept all 6 games vs the dodgers this year. I know that was back when the dodgers sucked but with the odds, if I wasn't recovering from crippling gambling addiction and 6 figures of losses, I would be putting a couple hundred on the brewers for the NLCS.

    The mariners are the exact opposite of the alt right group yankees. So the Jays won't get quite as much universal support during this series.

    It’s a shame shohei forgot to hit but good for us. Dave Roberts even said today they are not going to win the World Series with him playing as terrible as he has been. Said he needs to be better.

    When I said I was in pain after a surgery the doc told his med students I was being non compliant. Worksafe sent me back to work that week. I looked it up what non compliant means in medical terms afterwards. I think that's what we have on our hands with Bo, unfortunately. He's non compliant. And it's a shame because on an otherwise cooperative team, it's a bad look to have one rogue.

    He will play and he will like it. We should be moving towards yearly contracts. Prorated per games played. You don't play you don't get paid.

    I do hard labour 8 hours a day and I have to work injured, even if I have a minor knee sprain from ignorant slides into home. Or I would be homeless. Trying to work hungover is just not something I would ever attempt though.

    yea but losing to the mariners despite being 1 round further still won’t feel as bad as if we lost to the Yankees after the drama this year with narratives etc Jays beating the Yankees was celebrated like a World Series for Red Sox fans

    there is no way the mariners players were getting drunk. if you are over 30, a hangover is going to last basically 2 days with the second day being mild, but you are nowhere near 100%

    The Yankees were our World Series im happy if we even take 1 in the ALCS i don’t expect Vlad to do anything this series but I would be happy if he did. He has earned that contract and he can relax now, nobody is expecting anything out of him vs a real team ie mariners

    Good thing Schneider is on record in 2023 saying Raleigh sucks, should be easy to back that that up and will be a good rematch.
