  1. I like Varland as much as anybody, but he has not been the shutdown reliever that these comments make him sound like.
  2. This part of the lineup is just not working tonight. I like the Bo move here.
  3. Need to get out of this inning right now and let the bats feel the pressure. Most come backs in the league for a reason, thriving on pressure.
  4. They did what we need to do. Look for a specific pitch, guess even, and turn on it. Hard when Yamamoto had 17 pitches.
  5. Not time to panic JS. Ride Gaus unless he starts missing spots.
  6. Completely non-competitive at bats at this point. Need Gausman to keep dealing and Schneider to trust him!
  7. Come on man, we've seen his pitches. Time to recognize a good one and get on base. Get Vladdy up to bat this inning.
  8. Dave's Roberts has shown he's willing to ride his starters deep into games. JS has shown the opposite. Does he stick with Gausman as long as it stays 1-1?
  9. Need to manufacture some baserunners here. Play some small ball and get going on the bases!
  10. Jays cannot see that splitter. And he uses it very confidently. But we tied it up and time to get another clean inning!
  11. It would be pretty silly to chant that during every single at bat.
  12. Runner on first, Yamamoto is not ever looking his way to hold him on. They need to expose that and cause some chaos on the basepaths. Especially with speed on base.
  13. Do they not notice that he's not even checking the runner on 1st?
  14. This ump cannot decide what he wants in the bottom of the zone.
  15. I was standing for the anthem last night. But I was also standing for 90%of the game.
  16. I loved the Bassitt move here. I thought he should have stayed for the 9th but Hoffman was the right guy, apparently. We'll done tonight.
  17. Holy s***!! I became a fan at 3 years old. That was in 1994. Now we're back in the World Series for the first time since '93. What a time to be a Blue Jays fan!!!! LETS f***ING GO!!!!!
