  1. The offense blew game 1 in case you weren't watching. They got 2 hits.
  2. He led the league in appearances and gave up 2 homers.
  3. His career #'s don't mean s**t. He was a different pitcher this year. He led the league with 79 appearances and gave up 2 homers!
  4. Who should he have used. Dominguez? The guy who gave up the slam that cost them the game? Hoffman? Who was going to close? You're the one with the little league brain apparently.
  5. You got it exactly right. They didn't like Dominguez vs lefties. That's all there was to it. It just didn't work out.
  6. Little literally pitched his arm off for this team this year. He took the ball 79 times during the regular season. That's nearly ½ the Jays games for those of you who can't do simple math. During that time he gave up a staggering 2 homers! If his numbers were bad of late it's because he was a bit gassed. They stayed away from him the last few games to rest him for a big situation I would imagine. The homer he gave up was to a guy that hit 60 bombs this year. And it wasn't much more than a fly ball, it almost hit the roof. After that can you blame him for being a little wild? I'd like to see all the armchair managers here handle that kind of pressure. Schneider went to the leverage guys he had left to pitch the 8th. Hoffman had the 9th. He used Little because he doesn't give up homers. It just didn't work out today. S**t happens. It's baseball.
  7. STFU!! The crowd deserves to be criticized for booing Springer while he was down.
  8. All these people calling for firing the manager. Lol. Yeah let's fire the manager (who's up for manager of the year) in the middle of the ALCS. All the same people who were wanting Hoffman DFA'd earlier this year now wanted him to pitch instead of the guys who gave it up tonight. Hoffman was pitching the 9th. You know? The 9th inning, the job of the closer. A good manager trusts his guys. It just didn't work out tonight. S**t happens. It's baseball.
  9. The armchair managers are sure putting on a great performance tonight. I'd swear you morons have never watched a ball game in your life. Bunch of bandwagoners!!
  10. Wow!! What a nail biter!! I'm gritting my teeth harder than Kirky right now. Lol.
  11. 3 plays by Bam Bam in right that Taters probably doesn't make.
  12. It's been a real treat to watch Max turn back the clock tonight. What a job. Better than we could have hoped for.
  13. I'm pretty sure they'll have Bassitt loosened up to take over if there's early trouble. Hopefully Mad Max shoves.
  14. He played last game. Don't think he came to the plate.
  15. I think you're right. It looked like someone told him while he was standing at 2nd.
