  1. would have been a good spot for Yesavage
  2. He needs to be called up, he'd be a good bridge to Hoffman/Sir
  3. In general it's the complete opposite - you need to challenge your top prospects - you promote from level to level for that reason.
  4. oh right catchers ERA - I was reading kg as Kilograms LOL. I wouldn't make much of it - I mean I want Kirks bat in the lineup
  5. Judge is teeing off on the bullpen day pitchers....
  6. 1st to 3rd when the ball is hit to Judge - almost automatic.
  7. lol at his ERA practically the same as his FIP
  8. The 1st pitch in her first game
  9. it's strange, even with a lead I let my 2 batter hit then put a stronger fielder in to finish off the game. baseball 101
  10. I just hate to see it, unlike position players it takes such a long time for a pitcher to come back from arm/shoulder issues - and sometimes they never come back or if they do are never the same.
  11. Correa got ahold of that one, TBD you need to be better
  12. Huge loss, to compensate move Kirk up in the batting order
  13. it makes perfect sense Atkins said fixing the offense was on him (2 years ago) - he went out and very quietly landed 2 hitting coaches (ex dodger coaches - you should do a deep dive on both coaches see what they're all about). and here we are today, team is #1 in numerous offense categories. Don't worry about 2 years from now, every coach is hired will eventually be fired. LA fans are currently calling for their hitting coach to be fired...
  14. Cecconi no hitter watch, 7 complete vs the Royals
  15. Thanks for posting this. 100%. and have to include ex Dodger Lou Iannotti as well, both are from the LA system. Really like what Atkins did here.
  16. the dodgers love the fastball, I bet he's throwing more fastballs, less breaking balls. could explain the above(?) He was lights out last season
  17. yep he should be unhittable
