    Did those guys fail their physicals though? Its one thing to come off an injury but another to be physically unfit the moment you sign the contract. I do agree that this stuff must happen more often than we hear about. We can fix this problem by just throwing more money at the situation so let's see how we proceed. It was only a 1 year deal so it's not the biggest problem in the grand scheme of things.

    Ya, relying on a player who failed multiple physicals to be your closer in a season when you're expecting to make noise seems like a bad decision. These type of risks seem fine for meddling teams or teams that don't have payroll constraints. Wonder how we'll pivot from this news but I am curious how often this stuff happens and we don't hear about it.

    Pat and Buck for home games, Buck and Shulman for road games. That's the scenario until the teams stuck in Florida for both TV/Radio. Could be wrong with my understanding though.

    I understand that. I meant everything Shulman tweeted, he mentioned on Tim and Sid already when the news first broke. It was indirectly saying Rogers made this decision without asking the people doing the job how it will impact the product. Seems like that part should have been important before getting rid of the radio broadcast.
