Springer plays everyday so you don't move him. Barger is a call up with a remote chance of becoming a regular thus it's on him to fit onto the team, not Springers. In conclusion, you get reps for Barger at every potential spot he may play at the Majors in AAA.

You don't move a regular for a guy you have no clue will be playing regularly. It's the teams job to get him reps at the spot he has a chance to play in the majors. Common sense tbh
