    Chapman is the most overrated "elite" defender I've seen. f***er just inflated his defensive numbers because of the massive foul ground in Oakland.

    Ya thats where I was going with this. Obviously Devers isn't Bonds but he is the Bonds of that lineup. The drop-off from him to the next best hitter is massive and that's why you sometimes have to throw away baseball 101 stuff.

    Disagree... you walk Devers if 1B is open almost every time. He is the 1 bat you don't let hurt you if avoidable.
