Walking around the mound for 2 minutes between pitches is not strategy, it is a waste of time but I think in the ninth inning no pitch clock would be fine

Those are rare, and I have seen pitchers that should have been called for a balk but have not in those late inning situations, difference here is there is a clock, people can easily see the violation, where with a balk or interference it is more discretionary

Maybe a rule where in the ninth inning and extras no pitch clock so the games can't end on a violation, that would be horrible a playoff game ending like that

So far he has not given traded too many good young players in the organization although the Phillies minor league system was not that great anyway.

And of course people in the media don't dare criticize them, that is terrible too, anyone that looked at the radar knew it was going to get worse as night went on. Thomson just said looking at the radar he knew it would get worse, disgraceful, I bet people that paid for parking are not getting the money back
