Read an article years ago where the writer stated that it'll take at least a decade for serious improvements to surface. He referenced the Dodgers from their almost forced sale, their reluctance to investing in development, the eventual sale to Guggenheim & the obstacles of overhauling the franchise into the powerhouse they've become. His take was that Rome wasn't built in a day & that we as Jays fans need to exercise some patience. Not exactly my best attribute lol. -
