I know it's hard to do mid-season, but I would've preferred if the Jays brought in an experienced big league manager to replace Montoyo instead of another first time guy. This a young team. They need a manager with experience, not another buddy buddy guy who they came up with in the minors.

Jays look a little disengaged out there. I figured this would be a statement game for them after losing the games on the road against the O's.

So many people talk like "gee so many batters have taken a step back this year", totally ignoring the fact that the team spent most of last year playing at home in those band-box minor league parks.
