Who's the old lady that sits behind home plate?!?!

The players and staff call her Aunty Rose. I met her once...she's very nice and a huge fan. Apparently, as I was told, she's also a hoot when she chirps players. -
So......do you think the bleachers will have the same ambiance, fan type of behaviour since your last visit in 2009....8 years later? The drunktards can stay at home to drink!
