    Some questionable decisions. Cimber could have stayed in longer, Pearson could have pitched another inning and they should have walked Stanton.

    Question for all you baseball/Jays fans who are more knowledgeable than me: For a guy like Shoemaker who was dealing yesterday, and probably wanted to stay in the game longer but was pulled...how does this affect his view towards the team/management regarding resigning in the off-season. IÂ’m inclined to think it would sour him on the org but I donÂ’t know. Personally I would have started Ryu for game 1. Though there were rumblings he asked for the extra day rest. Bad shoulder? ThatÂ’s what they were saying on 590 radio. Also I donÂ’t think Montoyo makes many big decisions. I think the Shoe to Ray decision yesterday was made by Shatkins and analytics.

    Could totally see Ohtani ending up with the Dodgers. Huge Japanese community there and on the west coast, which means closer to Japan.

    I think the story has the wrong playerl. There was a post on the SN website by someone who said this: "I would think with Redmond leaving SN, Estrada will turn things around next season". Combine this comment with Estrada telling the media he had non baseball, personal issues during his slump and that Estrada and Redmond were in Saskatoon together for a bit in Feb for some event, I think it's Estrada. Wouldn't be surprised if Shapiro and Atkins made sure Jackie Redmond was shipped out of Toronto.

    Did anyone notice Goins after his hit (to load the bases) say to Leiper on first base "he's so f***ing slow" and look towards Morales at 3rd base. Same thing happened last night too and you could see Goins throw in an f bomb to Leiper. You have to wonder what the feeling is amongst the players re Morales.

    Montero needs to go. Bring up Maile FFS. Any chance they bring back Bautista next season? Very curious to see who the outfielders will be. Shatkins made a big mistake signing Morales. We have no flexibility with the DH role now unless they trade him and he's probably untradable!

    What would Morales get back in a trade? Smoak? I was at the game Thurs night in great seats close to dugout. There is a general lethargic malaise to this team. It's weird.

    Is Donaldson injured and that's why he's DHing? Estrada and Liriano not going to get much back in trades right now. Osuna maybe? Donaldson sucking right now. Assuming there's something wrong with him. Tulo's decline is depressing me.
