  1. Good for 137 wRC+. Really bizarre to have those K and BB rates with basically zero power.
  2. From BA 1. Vladimir Guerrero Jr., 3B, Blue Jays Team: Double-A New Hampshire (Eastern) Age: 19 Why He’s Here: .516/.484/1.037 (11-for-27), 6 R, 2 2B, 5 HR, 10 RBIs, 4 BB, 4 SO, 1-for-2 SB The Scoop: If Vlad Jr. were to strike out in his next 50 consecutive plate appearances, he would still be hitting .317/.368/.525 on the year. Not that there’s any chance of that happening. Heck, he might not even strike out 50 times the rest of the season. That’s just how ridiculous of a season Guerrero is having, as Eastern League pitchers have yet to expose any offensive holes of the most dangerous hitter in the minors. Including an opposite-field, walk-off dinger in the first game of a doubleheader on Sunday, Guerrero is hitting a bonkers .421/.472/.697. (BB)
  3. You gotta think the combination of getting swept at home vs Oakland, a 19 year old Soto getting called up to the Nats, and a huge day in AA for Vladdy will result in a lots of calls for him to be called up.
  4. Here's a better video: Move Morales to the pen, JD to DH and BRING HIM UP!
  5. Was at the NH game tonight...not a great one to go to haha. Vlad struck out on 3 pitches and looked absolutely foolish in one at bat. He beat out a groundball for a single for his only hit of the night. Didn’t get much action at 3B, but he didn’t look completely out of place. Bo did not have a good game at the plate at all. A couple weak pop ups and lots of swings and misses. Nothing going on at SS, so tough to make any conclusions there. Biggio had a nice double ripped down the line. But the real highlight of the night was Mr. Tebow who struck out in his first four at bats and got gunned down at 2nd after a hit in the 9th.
  6. I don’t think a single player on the field even moved an inch when it was hit, my god
  7. Keith Law has a paywalled article on ESPN about our NH guys. I'm curious to see how he manages to s*** all over them
  8. Sigh...where can we get a pitcher like Syndergaard...
  9. https://www.sportsnet.ca/baseball/mlb/fisher-cats-takeaways-guerrero-jr-gives-full-vlad-experience/ Article on the NH guys with some GIFs of Vlad and Bo's defense too!
  10. Single, Walk, Homer for the Big 3!
  11. Vlad, Bo, Biggio (and Soto) are all 0-3 so far in the NH game tonight
  12. It literally sounds like an aluminum bat. That ball was destroyed wow.
  13. Vlad Jr. average up to .378.....

Delon has been enormous, but otherwise yeah the bench has been useless. CJ Miles cannot hit a timely 3 for the life of him and Siakam and Poeltl have looked lost. JV was absolutely massive in the 4th today I wonder if he’ll finally play more in the 4th while Poeltl is playing like s***. We’ve really gotta stop the bone headed turnovers (@Ibaka @Derozan) to stop their transition looks which are killing us.

Leafs are a couple years away from being a contender, not concerned about losing a first round series when it’s to a team that was 1 point out of the 1 seed. But I will say it was kinda surprising how invisible Matthews was.
  16. Acuna getting called up
  17. Vlad gets a 40/65 hit tool lol
  18. Speaking of SB, I see Bo’s got 6 already this year. Could he be a 20 steal guy in the majors?

Can’t give up so many f***ing run outs on rebounds, it’s killing them.
  20. f*** this f***ing stadium
  21. Wow this team is magnitudes more fun to watch than last year's. The young depth we have makes it so much more enjoyable.
