The Silver Fox gets out of it. On a side note: It is nice of the A's to have a family and friends night at the ballpark. 200 people get the run of the place all to themselves.

Kikuchi's line would have been even worse than that if it were not for some timely double plays. Just horrid.

Phelps seems like most used arm coming out of the pen. Surprised Montoyo uses him so much considering he had surgery last year and given his age. Wouldn't surprise me to see him go on the IL before the season ends with arm strain. Montoyo is oblivious.
