    Ten and a half games back is a stretch. But if we get to within 5 by the end of this month I am on that train!

    Probably the smart thing to do. Let him focus on get his slg% up. Catching takes so much out a player. Kirk is only 23 so he might be here for a while if they move Jansen. Moreno is very athletic, could probably play any infield position.

    34 year old full time centre fielder on a contender is not in the cards I hope. But lets see what happens after we win it all this year.

    One of Lourdes or Teo will get moved in the off season I think. What happens to Chapman after next season? A couple of years ago I thought they would eventually move Groshans to 3b. Maybe they get Chapman to agree on a 4 year deal. I wish we had a high ceiling centre fielder for when Springer moves to right field next year (his time at cf is done after this season). The wish list grows.

    This is a very valid point. These guys were not living hand to mouth in the minors like other players. Maybe some entitlement mixed in there.

    I doubt he gets moved in the offseason. More prudent to let him have a bounceback season and trade him when his value is higher than now. That seems like more of an Atkins type move.
