  1. Springer can't catch up to the heat anymore.
  2. No not at all. For him you toss out 2023. Based on projections of 100 ab's you can draw viable conclusions. Besides....
  3. Yeah but Schneider just threw in the same top four. Yesterday he found success by changing things up, today....same old, same old. I don't get it.
  4. Varsho has reverse splits this season.
  5. I will take Bichette today.
  6. Let's hope he has it working today.
  7. After going 2 for 4 with a walk yesterday, Varsho is rewarded by being moved down the order to bat 6th. If only he went zero for four he could have stayed batting second. John Schneider's rules of baseball. Go figure.
  8. Alek Manoah makes his return today when the Toronto Blue Jays take on the Washington Nationals. Manoah has struggled mightily since earning a handful of Cy Young votes in 2022. The big righty posted an 8.69 ERA in five spring training starts, though he did fan 12 batters in his last outing. Manoah starts opposite MacKenzie Gore.
  9. Well we won. The Nats basically handed us this win. But we'll take it.
  10. It's a conundrum wrapped in a riddle. John Schneider has no autonomy and front office makes all the decisions. Or, John Schneider plays Biggio despite the glaring inadequacy of Craig Biggio's son. Wtf is going on?
  11. Vladdy can't even reach the warning track anymore.
  12. That's enough crazy talk out of you......mods.
  13. Biggio is something like 1 for his last 30 but no one notices because we have so many underachievers right now.
  14. I may be having a change of heart (kind of) about John Schneider. These guys suck so bad I don't think Sparky Anderson could do better. They suck.
  15. True that. When Pearson came into the game I wondered if he would get around to the top of the order to Abrams. He did, and no one was surprised. When that ball was lifted in the air, John Schneiders career passed before his eyes.
  16. The Outlaw tracks it down. One more out. Let's go.
  17. Getting hits out of the two hole feels weird this season.
  18. Bo doesn't even argue getting tossed. Heads to the showers wearing his apathy on his sleeve.
  19. 25 pitches...hope he tightens it up.
  20. Feel sorry for Irvin on the mound. He's getting the ground balls and his infielders are s***ing the bed.
