  1. Especially if we score some runs this inning.
  2. If he gets the call on the 3rd pitch, maybe the 4th is a breaking ball and he gets the K?
  3. Bring Grilli back out for the 8th please.
  4. Gibby trollin' tonight. "Let's throw him to the wolves a lil' bit, see what the kid has.." http://i.imgur.com/pJMUMM9.gif
  5. Good time to yank him here, not sure why he's still in.
  6. I could be wrong but didn't he say "in highschool"?
  7. May have bought into the increased BB/9 and velocity decline, despite him returning early from injury, and/or perhaps Grilli asked to be traded?
  8. 2.4 WAR is his highest lol. I was wondering where he pulled that from? Maybe he fangraphed Tulo instead?
  9. Outside of 2 starts, all of his starts have been BABIP reliant, his K/9 is down, and his BB/9 is up. His FIP and xFIP are decent at 3.67 and 3.76 but could be much better if he were ironed out. He's making league minimum right now and Hutch deserves a promotion. I just want to see old Stroman, and don't want anymore BP type starts like his past 2 at home.
  10. If we got one for Ryan Goins LOL, we sure as hell deserve one for our resident Big Purple Dinosaur. SSS with a .321/.352/.452 slash line and a whopping .373 BABIP in 88 PA says no, but he sure has been fun to watch, and, tonight, at least, he looked very legit at Short. Thoughts?
  11. Barney is so clutch just like he seemed to be in late 2015. I know it's an extreme small sample size, but when can we start buying into this as, perhaps, a new approach? And now he makes an elite scoop lol, bye bye Goins.
  12. Worried about Chavez coming in next instead of Floyd.
  13. Yes it does. It looks like a tighter break than his previous curve. Perhaps it's a bit of a slurve?
  14. Biagini has become a monster for us. A great combo of contact management and, recently, strikeouts.
  15. Hutchison 7.1 IP, 3 H, 1 R, 1 BB, 9 K Call him up and send down Stroman (directive to drop the P2C crap and limit the 2SM). SRF 7 IP, 3 H, 3 R, 0 BB, 8 K
